To file a complaint or return a product, please follow the steps below: 

1. Return / complaint form 
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect. 

2. Product shipment 
When submitting a complaint,or returning the product please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase.
